OUR TEAM

This is a very complex, phased project that will remodel roughly 50% of the facilities square footage while also continuing to treat patients. It was critical that we brought a high performing team to this challenge; our rigorous selection process distilled the perfect team.

ABOUT

Project History

Renovation and Enhancement Project

Prior to the start of this renovation and enhancement project, we gathered as a team of board commissioners, directors, department heads, and employees to define our project goals and objectives. Our goal was to build a sustainable healthcare environment for the people of Columbia County Public Hospital District #1 that would meet the our communities needs today and into the future. We expanded our therapy service to include aquatic therapy, added a hyperbaric based wound care program, and improved staff efficiency by addressing departmental adjacency while enhancing privacy and security throughout the building. This project was a bond supported effort approved by the tax payers of the Hospital District and would not have been possible without their financial support

OAC Services is honored to be working on the Columbia County Health System project. It is a great feeling to assist people with new construction delivery methods which in the past were only used on very large projects. This project will be a huge success for the community of Dayton and the customers that use the facility.
